Awaken Your Body, Quiet Your Mind, Have a Little Laugh

Your Realignment Journey Starts Here...

Welcome to your online yoga home, where tight hamstrings, busy minds, and curious hearts are all equally welcome. This is a space for slowing down, tuning in, and discovering that “being present” doesn’t have to mean being perfectly serene all the time.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been saluting the sun since before it was trendy, you’ll find classes and practices to support your journey. Think of this site as your friendly guide toward a bit more ease, a bit more strength, and the occasional moment of enlightenment between sips of tea.

Yoga for Real People on a Real Journey

This website brings together classes, courses, and practices designed to support your body, mind, and spirit in a grounded, down-to-earth way. You’ll find a mix of dynamic flows, gentle sessions, breathwork, and stillness, so you can choose what you need on any given day—from “barely awake” to “almost enlightened.”

The focus isn’t on touching your toes or twisting into a pretzel, but on meeting yourself with kindness and curiosity, exactly where you are. Each offering is created to help you move better, breathe deeper, and feel a little more like yourself (the version that isn’t constantly checking their phone). If you happen to stumble upon profound insight along the way, lovely; if not, at least your spine will be happier.

Services

About The Services

The website offers a range of yoga classes to suit different levels, energies, and schedules, from gentle practices for tired days to more energising flows when you’re ready to move. You can explore regular online classes that you can join live, bringing a sense of community even if your “studio” is your living room. For those who prefer a quieter pace, there are slower, mindful sessions focused on stretching, relaxation, and softening the nervous system after a long day. Stronger classes invite you to build stability, strength, and confidence, without the pressure of achieving the “perfect” pose.

You’ll also find guided breathwork and short mindfulness practices to help you reset between meetings, parenting, or existential crises. If you enjoy structure, there are themed series and courses that guide you step by step, whether your aim is to improve flexibility, support your back, or simply feel more at home in your body. Workshops offer space to go deeper into particular topics like alignment, meditation, or the philosophy behind yoga (yes, it’s more than leggings and incense).

Private sessions are available for those who’d like tailored guidance, personalised sequences, or help adapting yoga to specific needs or injuries. Throughout everything, the emphasis is on listening to your body, respecting your limits, and discovering that “progress” can be measured in how you feel, not how you look in a pose. The intention behind all these services is simple: to offer practical tools that bring a little more balance, awareness, and lightness into everyday life—even on rainy Mondays.

About Me

Gary Holder

I’m a yoga teacher who believes that practice should be meaningful, accessible, and just a touch playful—because enlightenment is hard to reach if you’re taking yourself far too seriously.

My teaching draws from traditional yoga, modern movement, and mindfulness, but always with an eye on real life: busy days, stiff shoulders, wandering minds, and all. I aim to create a welcoming space where you feel encouraged to explore, adapt, and listen to your own body rather than forcing it into someone else’s idea of perfection.

You’ll find my classes a mix of clear guidance, thoughtful sequences, moments of quiet, and the occasional dry comment when we all wobble in balance poses.

Underneath it all is a simple intention: to help you feel more connected, more grounded, and just a little closer to that calm, clear part of yourself that’s been there all along.
